Quick & Friendly!

April 25, 2020

Chad helped me schedule an appointment months ago and was able to get me in the same day I reached out. I had just found out a very scary and painful diagnosis and it was extremely convenient to get the card process started and completed that quick!

Common Questions

When should I renew my card?

You can begin the renewal process within 60 days of the expiration date on your current card. The PAMMJ team recommends renewing your card at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure your new patient card is delivered before your current card expires. It can take up to 7-10 business days for your new card to arrive after the appointment with the doctor.

How much does it cost to get a medical card?

New Patient: $125
Renewing Patient: $75

*After your appointment with the doctor, you must log in to your patient profile on the Dept. of Health website and pay the $50 annual fee to the state.  Individuals who qualify for the Medical Marijuana Assistance Program (MMAP) are exempt from this fee.*

STEP 3

Is your medical card within 60 days of expiration/already expired?

STEP 3

The Pennsylvania Department of Health will not allow the physician to renew your patient certification until you are within 60 days of the expiration date on your medical card.

Please come back and book a call with the physician when you are within that time frame, and we will be happy to help you once you’re eligible. Please e-mail any questions to info@pammj.com.

STEP 4

You are about to book a free consultation with a member of the PAMMJ team. This phone call is NOT your doctor’s appointment. You will be called at the time you select to answer your questions and assist you with scheduling a doctor’s appointment.

STEP 3

We are happy to assist you and answer any questions that you may have. What would you like to do?

STEP 2

Do you have any questions about renewing your card before meeting with the doctor?

Have you registered with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and obtained a Patient ID?
